We value the individuality of each child and create the best environment for each child's growth.

I don't see it as "I can't do it because I'm still a child". First, we create opportunities for the children to take on challenges, and then we stand by them with a stance of reaching out when they need it. “I want to do it myself” and

This is because we believe that the accumulation of "I could do it myself" will lead to self-confidence and self-reliance in children. We believe that it is important to support children so that they can achieve their own goals.

We are implementing vertically divided childcare for children of different ages, including elementary school students. This is because I believe that a high proportion of children grow up in vertical divisions during childhood.

In silos, children learn from and for each other. In addition, children will naturally develop feelings of respect for each other, as well as feelings of kindness and caring. This is essential for a child's emotional development.

We also put a lot of effort into food education. Dietary habits in early childhood have lifelong effects.

Our school lunches and snacks are handmade, and we use domestically produced ingredients. Isn't it the basics of food to eat safe and freshly made food while it's warm?
